So you want to know who’s behind all the great work TriVAN Roofing has done? Since 2001, TriVAN Roofing has been installing top quality roofs and fixing all the damage those leaky roofs cause. Dozens of people around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex have used TriVAN Roofing to protect their families and personal belongings. As far as the TriVAN Roofing team goes, we are the coolest, hippest, funniest people on the planet, and we love to install roofs that you can feel safe with. That’s what we’re about.

| How we got our name: | So who is TriVAN? Well we have three children - so Tri. VAN is the first letter of each of their names. Together, we put to practice the teaching of Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" techniques. Our family business is minority owned by Sherry (mom). Don't be surprised if you see one of the kids helping dad on the weekend. All three participate. |

Dave Custable - Owner
After 18 years with a major telecommunications company as a regional Sales Manager, Dave started in Real Estate, Roofing and Construction Company in 2001. Mr. Custable has experience specializing in the real estate industry in wholesale buying, note buying, property renovation, domestic and international land development, property management and property retail sale.As an instructor for wholesale buying, Mr. Custable has extensive experience in property renovation, roofing, rehabilitation, remodeling and maintenance in the investor community. In December of 2005, he was elected to the Board of Directors for the largest
So who is TriVAN?
Ron is a first class guy and a mexican food addict. He is a total fan of the Texas Rangers, Ohio State Buckeyes, Dallas Cowboys and Stars.He started working as a General Contractor in 2005 building and remodeling projects from 1000 square feet to 17000 square feet. He has personally supervised construction projects up to 1.5 million dollars.
Ron worked as an independent adjuster for Allstate after Hurricane Ike. He wanted to learn how the insurance companies work so he would have a better understanding of insurance claims. He loves to hang out with his wife and 5 year old son who he coaches in soccer and baseball.
The Short Story 
In Fall of 2001, our family was faced with the reality that working for a company was not going to provide our family with long-term wealth and stability. The industrial age, as experienced by our parents where you got a good job, worked hard for many years, and retired with great benefits, is now over. After a lay off scare and realizing JOB stood for Just Over Broke, we decided to build a family business that could offer us a better chance to leave something for our kids, while fulfilling long time passion - Real Estate.
Our philosophy has always been to do a great job so you can trust the work was done right the first time. We are dedicated to helping you by offering extraordinary support. Consider us a partner and a friend, because we really are about a dry home.
